Child is the father of man.
"Child is the father of man" these line were said by William Wordsworth in his poem "The Rainbow" in these lines he actually mean that a man is the product of his habits and his environment of childhood.
It's a stanza from a poem by William Wordsworth:
MY heart leaps up when I behold
A rainbow in the sky:
So was it when my life began,
So is it now I am a man,
So be it when I shall grow old
Or let me die!
The child is father of the man:
And I could wish my days to be
A rainbow in the sky:
So was it when my life began,
So is it now I am a man,
So be it when I shall grow old
Or let me die!
The child is father of the man:
And I could wish my days to be
Bound each to each by natural piety.
Today many people say that a man left his childhood when he become adult but the truth is that childhood can never be forgotten by anyone. It is reflected by our activities during adulthood. We do what we learn in childhood.
That's why the parents should be very careful with their children and also the schools should be careful with children. These children will be the leader of coming era. These will be at your place one day. The future of nation will be on their shoulders.
We have a duty to provide a favourable environment to children for their well being.
